Title Poem: The Green Day. The title for this CD caused some confusion. I originally named it from a poem I had written, with the same title. Also all of the songs within the album were lines taken out from the poem. To read the poem you can either click here, go to Ken* Again where it was published, or download the PDF Poems for August. The theme of the piece, which runs through several other pieces, is that the universe and world is completely beautiful, wonderful, sublime and mysterious and that we do our best to make it small, dark, ugly and mundane. To pick up on this theme I chose a photograph of a famous moss garden in Kyoto.
